Advise about sh3 comm. 2.7

When I go to extract the 4 folders so I can use it with gwx I get a message that the file already exists, do I want to over ride the folders that are there or not? if so do I say yes or do I say yes to all? one more thing, do I have to run a mission first an return to base before I activate sh3 comm. for the first time? Thanks for any help in advance.

Yes overwrite all 4 files
I have never started a mission first - start straight in with commander :up:
