In Uboat war ace campaign when there is an important event like d-day happening there is always a convoy contact showing up at the d-day location and when i got there there hundreds of ships is there something like that in GWX?

Yes.

You will generally receive appropriate radio messages and/or corresponding possibility of contact reports.

Regarding D-Day operations... references will be to "Operation Neptune" as described in the GWX manual.

well im at dunkirk may 29 not what i expected theres only a few passenger liners and 1 landing ship tank i thought there wud be a huge huge amount of boats at dunkirk

Originally I scripted shed loads of small ships back and forth but was an FPS killer
There are troopship\liner convoys going back and forth across the channel and some juicy targets inside

Yea, Polish VW and Bqlgien (NEUTRAL oooooops :oops: my bad) ships too
and then some more big arse bit.... ahemmm

i would love to see the FPS killer sith the ships big and small, tugboat to Tanker armed vessel and DD doing the rescue of the Soldiers.

thanx to gwx :rock: i got into dunkirk with my IXB and i scored 97000 tonnes sinking 2 20k tonne passneger liners and an 14k tonne passenger liner and then i managed to leave dunkirk and i reloaded my external and went on to attack a convoy but only sinking a meagre 12000 tonnes. :rock::rock::rock::rock::rock::rock:
