Hi Charles and welcome to Subsim
Ok
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII
There is a folder called mods into which your mods go in
Also the JSGME program is there too C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII
Click on the JSGME icon to open the program
In the left hand window is a list of available mods
Click on the mod to install
Click the top arrow in the centre ( enable selested mod )
And it will be installed for you
Always make sure in port first
Always rollback SH3commander first - if you use it
One thing to check is the directory of the mod you add to the mods folder
It should be the name of the mod then the next folder should be data
IE - GWX - Dec 23rd Corrections\data
If it s like this - GWX - Dec 23rd Corrections\GWX - Dec 23rd Corrections\data it wont load it
Hope that helps

I don't really understand your question? If you have installed GWX, it installs and sets up JSGME for you. You can find it in your SilentHunterIII folder. Do a search on your computer (Crtl F) for SilenHunterIII.
Oops: bigboywooly beat me to it!

Thank you for the fast reply and the welcome. I clicked on the thing that looks like a gear and when it opens up it shows that it is not activated, I can not move any thing the arrows are greyed out. Do I have to do something or put it in a certain folder to make it work.

If you click on one of the mods in the left hand window the arrows should become available
