Is this correct? What is the latest version and the changes?

Nope. Someone have mixed GW1.1a with GWX names ;)

GWX is the latest version of Grey Wolves. TGW 1.1a was the most recent version for "The Grey Wolves" mod, which was the original GW mod for Silent Hunter III.

The newest GW mod is called "Grey Wolves Expansion", but everyone just calls it GWX. It was just released this past weekend, so it is definitely the latest version.
