Sober's water mod

Has anyone been able to see Sober's water mod in the new GWX? I installed but have not had some rough weather yet to tell.

Could you repost the links please, and install instructions (like if you need to do anything special in Commander, etc.)? Thanks!

Link available on UBRS SH3 general mods section , page 7 . Install via JSGME . As it only replaces the .tga peak file in the MISC folder , you can install anytime .
