No "Chuuuahhsaack" Sound in GWX

Sorry, didn't know how to describe better. You know, the sound you're supposde to hear when viewing bow of the boat plowing through waves. I get that sound on all sub except sub viib. I just started out of wilhem... with viib in sep 1939 and no "chuu..." sound. Am I the only one?

Clean install/ 1.4b/ GWX

Any idea, folks?
