This mod is an amended addition for my Ultimate Sound Mod, that I posted not so long ago. These files are an improvement and help bring better quality and realistic sounds to both the crash dive sequence and going to scope depth sequence.

Both files incorperate the Das boot sequences from the movie and Ive changed the following;

Crash diving- hatches, someone knocking over a glass (breaking) due to the panic, tanks flooding.

Going to scope depth - Ive gotten rid of the alarm sound and replaced it with the sequence from das boot incorperating hatches, footseps, tanks flooding and coughing.

These change came about because members of this forum gave their time up to give me feedback to help make this a better mod for you. The file is approxmatley 13 megs in size. Thankyou for downloading.

Both pure sound and image files are OK. Only things which alter text configuration files are incompatable. If it is just an image or a sound, you can usually swap it out anytime play is not in progress. The safest thing to do is to wait till you finish a mission.

You can swap crew bodies and boat skins pretty much at will, so long as they are not coded. So long as a sound file is correctly named, the game does not care what the sound actually is. I imagine you could insert Meg Ryan having an orgasim in the diner, if you wanted to, to replace the dive sequence.

Strewth, i can picture that playing all sorts of havoc with my concentration, trying to figure out the best course of action on avoiding the bloody DDs:huh:
