GWX Career

Ahoy Shipmates, I understand we will have to start a complete fresh install of SH3 & the 1.4 patch before we can install the new GWX addon, so does this mean we will lose our current career status on the GW 1.1 addon and have o start from scratch?

Yes, start fresh. Sorry but that is just life sometimes. Then again, I wish I could uninstall some things in my live and start fresh.

well in that case i think i will end my current career in December 1940 right now and pull into Brest and give all my crew the rest of the war off and go to the nearest brothel with my kit bag and await my orders to join my new boat in GWX.....

I would suggest for those of you who have accomplished so much in 1.1a and are hesitant about starting over with GWX to put 1.1a and any other files and folders associated with it in another location just incase you don't like GWX because some of you probably won't like it. If you delete everything and then find that out, it will be too late to go back where you left off.

Well i don`t need to worry about anything, my uboat was destroyed by aircraft last night, so i just wait for GWX now :D
