Moin,
since I´m not able to finish my speedboat to the last detail before Xmas I´m releasing a fully functional BETA V0.9.

For all MissionEditor freaks I´ve made a lighted and darkened version. The lights can be controlled via the *.eqp file.
The girl in the back seat may be controlled via the *.eqp file as well. For health reasons she´s in the back seat during summer times only. ;)

Thanks. The marina project is still pending. Actually I´m fully engaged in flag animation research. Here are the latest shots.

Nice dock Duck.
I've one question. Why is it no one has made a mod with subs sitting in the subpens? A few would look great as I'm sure there were various subs docked for repairs and resupply. Even for the subs we run it would be nice to have the option of leaving port for patrol from a subpen. Besides, I'm getting really tierd of that band and the nurses that don't nurse. ;) LOL

IIRC GW has some AI subs in the pens

Moin,
Nice MOD, is that a Pearl Necklace on that bald betty? it´s just a neckerchief. I´m trying hard to keep the costs at a minimum. A pearl necklace would have been to expensive. ;)

Rubini's last independent Harbour Traffic mod (1.47) had subs in the pens, and that was more than a year ago. GW had an expanded version (called HT 1.48 but only available with GW) and I'm sure GWX hasn't changed that.
More like a milk Heffer.

That is looking great:yep: . Wassn't trying to nag or rush-was just curious on the progress. With the new GWX sailboats, your own sailboat, that beauty of a boat you just released, the GWX pier and your upcoming marina, I can't wait to populate the sh3 landscape with small fishing villages I can script on the outer banks for when I visit the U.S coast during drumbeat (already removed the sails for docked versions and have possible staionary docked seaplanes tweaked;) ) .
From what little I could understand on the flag thread--I can see the work and headaches involved on that research--all the best on that endeaver.

Moin,
I´ve been adviced that the recognition manual shows a completely different vessel. I´ve forgotten to replace the old page of the vessel I´ve cloned my speedboat from. Here´s the corrected version for download (http://files.filefront.com/DD_MBoat_RecMan_Update_V01rar/;6389944;;/fileinfo.html) .

Do I have permission to include this in NorOps?

Moin,
Do I have permission to include this in NorOps? Sure you have. It´s free to use except for commercial purposes. Just credit me.
And you may tell _Seth_ that I didn´t forget about the reworking of the fishing boat´s texture coordinates. I´m presently checking whether there is a possibility to attach a second external skin set to use as a kind of license plate.

You know, recognition manuals were used to identify individual ship types so the user would know if he was looking at a potential target or not. I'll bet you dollars to doughnuts that sailboats and pleasure boats never appeared in them at all.

You´re right, of course. But till now I didn´t check whether it´s possible to get rid of the blank recognitional manual page when omitting the *_sil.tga. As soon as I´ve fixed that issue I´ll delete the *_sil.tga from the vessel´s folder. Besides the community calls for it. Don´t get me wrong. I don´t do anything I´m told by anyone, "but who am I to blow against the wind ?" (Paul Simon) ;)

I've been waiting for this for so long! Thank you, it looks wunderbar. This reminded me that a couple months ago you gave me the opportunity to choose a model for you to make. I should do that one of these days :hmm:.
