Okay, i know SH3 commander lets us chose whatever sub we want, but is there a program that lets you choose layout too? I mean the full bonanza, torpedoes, conning tower, flak guns, etc, etc?

I surely could use such an option.

There was an external program where you could change the number/type of torps your boat carried. I'm looking of for it now but I last used it over a year ago.

As for the addons etc you can just use the renown hack so you can buy all upgrades at once.
