Fatigue in GW

Is there a way to remove the fatigue model once you have started a Career using GW1.1a? I have found the instructions in the Community Manual on how to change the FATIGUE_COEFF file in Basic.cfg, but it seems that the GW entries are different to the stock SH3 ones and I'm reluctant to monkey around with them.

If you use SH3 Commander you can change many of those options between patrols without issue and with the click of the mouse.
