Iam trying to find a uniform mod or patch. I know it's there but there are over 100 pages

I can think of 10 different uniform mods without trying, and none of them might be the one you want. As jimbuna said, if you could say a little about what you remember what the mod did with the uniforms: civilian clothes, better-looking jackets or helmets. From your description it's impossible to guess what you are looking for.
