Is it possible to "mix" the uboat water reflection mod (by sergbuto) with the NYGM Persiscope fixes mod ? It's the same files inside the Objects folder.

I beleive their already incorporated into the periscope fixes.

That is quite a good question!!! We "need" a Fix for this problem, you great modders out there.
