2 any good jet game with good grapichs and many planes like the f 16 and 15

You could try Free Falcon or the other Falcon game. Lock On has cool-ish graphics, but not that many flyable planes.

Mig-15 and F-86 Sabre, yes. Good graphics I don't know, it's fairly old. With a decent card you can pile on some AA and AF, certainly helps.

MiG Alley is a great game, I recommend it

Besides the MiG and the Sabre, you can also fly the F-51, Shooting Star and Thunderjet IIRC
