"Mission: Intercept convoy.." but it doesn't appear?

Help:

I'm suppose to intercept (and destroy) a specified convoy before it reaches its destination in Ormara, Pakistan. So I traveled near Ormara and it has been around two weeks already patrolling the area. There's about half a dozen convoys and task forces in the vicinity.

Old threads(below) tell me a red star should be seen when zoomed out of the map, revealing the specific convoy's location. In my game, there's none to be seen.

In order to get a red star you need a "High Priority contact" in the mission. This mission does not have one, apparently it was written improperly.
Go to your SH4 install"

Data/Campaigns/CampaignGe/PatrolObjectives/Intercept-Convoy-11/ and open "Intercept-Convoy-11.mis" with notepad. (Save a backup copy before changing it)

Find Group1.Unit 7 and find the line "HighPrioContact=false" and change false to true. Save. It should now give you a red star.
