Default PT-305 New Orleans

Business trip to New Orleans coming up, falls on Thursday so going to take a personal day Friday and stay the weekend. Thinking about taking a ride on the newly restored PT-305. Has anyone here done this? Price is about what I expected so not a big deal, just always fun to get a first hand account.

That's a chance I couldn't miss! I've been aboard the PTF-3 in DeLand that's being restored by a boy scout troop but its nowhere near ready to launch again. It's an amazing boat and I'm sure it will be incredible to take a ride on a fully functional PT boat.

Please take lots of pictures if you can, even below decks if they let you.

What an opportunity! There is one in Portland, OR my Son has some kind of access to through a friend - I've been begging for pictures for years, lol. I do have the pictures & video, plans, etc. available on the internet however it's never enough.

Have fun!

Yes, I am excited. I'll finalize plans this week

I plan to take videos and pictures assuming they allow it.
