Your note says renown for American ships is supposed to be negative. Does that mean your chart is wrong or is it that way in the game so it's bugged?

Thanks for the chart!

negative means minus. you are american skipper hence you are not allowed to sink your own ships if you sink an american ship, the renown points corresponding to this ship would be most likely substracted from the renown you have.

As the note in the lower right corner of the document states: "Sinking a friendly ship will result in a massive renown loss. The renown points corresponding to sunk ship value will be multiplied by ten and subtracted from your current renown."

This is intended behavior and operated the exact same way in SH3.

Yes you are right, mookiemookie. I had to modify the text in the corner, because before, it was not as clear as now.

What's renown? Is it like money?

Oookay, now we have midgets, T3,...
Where's the phantom ship, aka The Flying Dutchman?
Let me guess: Massive renown loss for sinking that s*it...

Default Restoring Renown in OM & RSRDC

Hi. I have been playing and enjoying Lurker's Operation Monsun mod, but miss the Renown of the original game. Any ideas how I can restore the Renown system?
