Walther boat
When I select the walther boat In SH4 I can't use it as I have no crew. Any Ideas? Specs are

OpMonsun has its own crew system, and any unit that isn't edited to work with it will start with empty crew. Type XVIII is a fictional boat in the sense that it was never built, so it has no place in OpMonsun.
