Keyboard shortcuts in Fleet Command don't work

I recently bought Fleet Command in the Naval Combat Pack. Unfortunately some of the essential keyboard shortcuts do not work, i. e. speed and altitude/depth controls (Shift+2; Shift+3; Shift+7).

I have tried it on two different computers, one with Windows XP and the other with Windows 7. The shortcuts don't work on either of the two systems. I also installed the Naval Warfare Project update from navalwarfare.net to no avail.

Do you have any advice on how to fix this or is there another possibility to change speed and altitude/depths of platforms with context menus for example or remapping the keyboard shortcuts in some config file?

Shortcuts depend on keyboard model, may be you must experiment it with your own.

Awesome mate, thanks a lot!!

I've had the same problem for months and would have never figured out those keyboard commands for my keyboard.

Finally I'll be able to play Fleet Command

Thank you CapitanPiluso!

And I've just noticed this is not the first time you answered this question: http://subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=178171 It's odd that Shearwater asked this the first time but obviously missed your answer
Somehow this topic did not show up in my previous search of the forum...

I tried the commands in your first reply to my thread Piluso, but for some reason they didn't work, but those on the NWS forum did the trick. Thanks again for the reply Captain Piluso

Shouldn't it also work if you just change the keyboard layout? I tried this and it seems that whenever I start fleet command it simply changes back to the german one, even though I have changed it to the US layout. What is the problem here?
