"HX" Board Game add-on for Atlantic Fleet

OK here it is for anyone who wants to give it a go. Please let me know of any problems. First, here's the link to the main file for the game.

You will need to have Vassal to run it which you can get here.

The second link is to the record sheet file

There are lots of other interesting modules on the Vassal website. You usually need to own the game to use them, but running a module is a good way to check out things you might want to buy or put on your Christmas list.

Apologize for I opened this old thread, but I just recently found this marvelous game. Of course I immediately started to look into how to improve it. I stumbled on this clever addition to the main game and must give kudos to the author.

I only wish there would be some video how to setup and play this. Just because english is not my language and they say that the picture is worth more than hundred words.

But anyway I'll figure it out eventually and, yes thank you very much.

Thanks for posting that kind comment. If you have any questions by all means PM me and I will do my best to help and also provide screenshots to illustrate particular points if that would help. There was no response to the initial release of HX so I haven't progressed the sequel (a two player version about the Arctic convoys called "PQ") beyond a very rough prototype. I still play HX myself occasionally because it adds tension to the original as well as a more realistic feel to the convoy war.

Bear in mind that you can play the game using Annex H of the manual, that's only 3 pages.
