RA Mod: how to install russian Kilo Panels?

Hello,
I just have installed RA Mod 1.35, it runs fine. So I want to install the russian Kilo Panels in DWX, but after install the Panels in the Kilo Sub are still in english

. I tried it 3 times with no succes.
I also have Installed the russian Akula panels, wich run very good in dwx. Russian Akula Panel also work with thypoon, Oskar, Victor III and Delta IV sub.

So, is this and RA Mod issue or what?
or is there need for additional installation step in DWX?
