Yes, in the cinema I had the exact thought - this is so 2001, plus the soundtrack!

Regarding Interstellar, I will say that it was a nice change of pace to see a film about space travel that directly incorporates relativity into the plot (or even acknowledges it, for that matter). The strongest part of the film, I thought.

This is not about an English speaking movie

Its about a Danish Speaking movie.

The Danish Title is "Under Sandet" = Under the sand

From the Danish wiki (translated via google translate)

"Under the sand is a Danish-German war drama from 2015, written and directed by Martin Zandvliet. The film is inspired by authentic events and tells the story of young German POWs were ordered to clean two million mines on the west coast with their bare hands. A previously darkened chapter in the Danish postwar history"

The movie has got several prizes

I have been told it is a great movie.

Happened across this one on Youtube. Reviews had said it was one of the best time travel movies they ever saw. Glad I got to see and I must admit it was one of the best Ive ever watched.

Name of the movie: '41' (indie film)

Angels and Demons based on Dan Brown's book, good romp even if the near ending was a bit OTT.

The best race movie.
Le Mans starred by Steve McQueen

Sicario (2015)
Stunning movie. Dark, gritty, goes by his own rules.
Gave it 8/10 stars, which is a very high rating in my book.

Agree completely. Great movie. Benicio Del Toro shines.

Then you guys might be interested in the fact that Sicario 2 is in development (I have no further details though).
Sequels don't have to suck. I don't exactly see a need in this case, but I sure don't mind it if they come up with a nice follow-up story, or maybe more on Alejandro's background.

I read that about 90 lines were scrapped from his script to make his character more mysterious. They sure succeeded with that, so another movie, focusing more on him, might be quite interesting.

Let's see!

Traffic (2000)

Intrigued by del Toro's stunning performance in Sicario I rewatched Traffic last night. I did watch it back then, but somehow it vanished from my memory.
Very good movie, not boring for a second, great plot and sub-plots, believable characters, shades of gray, and suspension till the end.

Oh, and:

Have heard positive words about Avengers-Age of Ultron

None of those streaming service I have on my TV or on my computer, have this movie or any of the Avengers movies.

about a week ago I saw in a on line store that they had a Double blue-ray pack Avengers/Avengers-Age Of Ultron for a bargain price

13.5 $, So I bought this. Got the package today

Intend to see both films during Easter
(Have seen the first one, some years ago)
