Default TLAMS going in the wrong direction!

I don't know if this question has been answered on the forum before, but I didn't find it, so here goes:

I'm making a TLAM launch mission for my campaign, and the targets are all visible on the map in the mission. But when I go to the Target Display, lock the different targets to my vertical launch tubes and fire, the TLAMS all go in the wrong direction! Is this a bug, or did I do something wrong?

When you "locked in" the targets did you assign waypoints to the TLAMs?

No, I didn't, but assigning waypoints to the TLAMs or selecting 'engage with...' from the nav map are the only ways I can get the missiles to go where I want them to. By the way, it's a 688i mission. I guess I'll have to make a note to the player in the briefing.

you definitly need to set up WP to the target.
or it won't work
But if you do, TLAM will perfectly work.
So, just use WP for TLAM to solve your problem, this doesn't need a note, just to use the TLAM properly.
