[REL] No flags on US subs TMO(new scope depth)

Removes flags from all US submarines in TMO. Ses scope depth to historically accurate 64 feet for Gato, Balao, Gar, Tambor, and Tench class boats. Works with RSRD as well.

After installing the mod and testing it on my Gar. The flag is gone, but so is the stern mount gun.

I zoomed in and you can see the barrel of the stern gun sticking out of the back of the conning tower.

I never noticed that, then again can't remember last time I used a Gar class.

However, this is an issue predates my mod. I simply cpied and pasted the file from TMO and inserted the ; to remove the flag.

I think it's probably due to some other mod installed.
I decided to just edit the Gar files to get the same result. I'll make a customized mod for my installation. Thanks for showing how it's done.
I've got my Gar with no flag and the 64 foot periscope depth now.
