JSGME Problem; need help

Hey everybody I'm new to the community and eager to add some mods to my Steam version of WotA; problem is I'm very unfamiliar with mods and all of the links I've found to get JSGME(which is apparently important) have been broken...

Any advice on getting me off the ground or maybe a point towards another thread that's already covered this would be greatly appreciated.

The mods themselves are placed in the left part of JSGME and enabled to the right using the arrows. Changes are reversible as well. The Mega mods by contrast are not enabled or activated this way but instead are placed inside the game folder.
