Default U-346, suggestions?

Good evening!

This is U-346 reporting a mass enemy convoy approaching Bergen in strong forces, 15 ships total.

I have all tubes loaded, with one in reserve.
They have aircraft overhead, along with Destroyers!
But understand, this is not the first time we fought with mud in our boots.

I cannot send men to the deck gun, due to rough waters and heavy fog.
I cannot send men to the Anti-Aircraft, because of total ammo depletion in the five enemy aircraft which we destroyed at AL15.

Herr, I can send 7 of them with me. The likeness we will return to port intact, is against all odds given.

The weather is against us, the terrain, and the numbers.
But we are ready to fight!

How shall we go upon crippling the enemy?

Conditions;
KTS = 20
Depth = 13 (rough waters, waves going up and down..)
Hull = 82%

(Remember, DESTROYERS. I can crash dive once I take out the highest threats, but I'd like to take 7 down and return to Bergen crippling, I don't know if I can even hit half of them, it's rough waters. If you are *KIND* enough, would you tell me a efficient range to shoot a torpedo at a ship? I listened to some guy say 700, whenever I attempt to hit it at that range, it just trims and sinks down.)
