Files? when i downloaded from the link there was only one ".7z" file. Did i do something wrong?

You should have one exe. file.

7z is a compressor like Winzip. You must install 7z in order to extract the files.

If you are downloading from the link I posted and save it to your desktop you should have the following to look at.
