Default PSA

Hey guys,

I have been playing for a month.I am a bit of a history nerd. But, despite that I would generally disregard the Kriegsmarine's part in history. I picked up SH5 off of steam, found subsim and am now applying trig to a freaking videogame. This is a serious addiction. I'm applying stuff I learned about aircraft navigation. which I might add is not too surprising considering these techniques came from mariners; a much older trade.

Here I am buying books I probably never would have.

PSA WARNING this game may give you shell shock

Before SH5:

After a Month... of hearing the screams of my fallen foes, the sounds of collapsing bulkheads still ring in my ears. Hunted by a screen of destroyers as I hide below a hundred meters.

Slainte!

Eh, lovely ubisoft
having miseries myself after reloading SH V, after 3 years, my ample RAM WIN7 informs me I'm "low on memory" and crashes the game, usually when surrounded by the enemy. It informs me that Ubisoft is soaking up all the memory... this never happened before. Having minimal computer 'fixit skills' beyond pounding the desktop... I 'll call my idiot-savant nephew with a new BA degree in all this 21st century techno nonsense to fix the issue.

Hello all!

Long time viewer, 1st time poster. Played SHIII back a few years and loved it.
But alas my machine died so 3+ years later picking up a new one soon (not soon enough!) and then on the SH5..can't wait.
