in deep search of Mods please help.

ive recently got a mod list and ive tried to find all the files. these are the ones ive tried to find through countless dead end links and don't exist.
List:

I tried the search button in Downloads and copied and pasted the mods and didn't find them. are they apart of another mod ?

well I still haven't found anything and apparently my DL limit has been reached for today so til tomorrow I guess.

well today I have managed to download and find all. at first I couldn't find the balao class but I did some digging and found a link through another mod download. the search thingy in Downloads rather annoys me because you have to input the exact text for it to come up with something. but anywho.... thank you guys for all the help. if I miss anything else ill wait til tomorrow lol. now I have a TMO based mod list to work on.

well I did miss Corrected oar colors but does this mod do just what it says ? is it the oars on the life boats ? because in your load out its before Websters life boat so wouldn't his mod over write the oar colors ? another words is this a serious mod I need or just an eye candy thing for the life boats?
