Default Launch SH3 Commander via Steam?

Hi all!,

Just a quickie:

Is it possible to launch SH3 Commander via Steam?

I want the benefits of Commander but also want to load it via Steam so it counts my playtime.

I have tried loading Commander, then launching SH3 via Steam as someone recommended on another thread and it said at the bottom of the main menu that it was loaded via SH3 Commander - Great!
But, the next time I launched the same way it did not have the message or my new career I created in Commander.

So what is happening?

Do you run SH3 this way with Commander and Steam and if so, is there a custom launch option or something for Steam?

Thank you for your time.

Thanks for the link, I am reading through it now.

Some interesting posts but so far everything seems to be working fine for me.

I loaded via Commander and Steam picked it up and I was able to play a new career no problem and have it count my time (did I really just play for an hour just leaving the harbour and listening to music? ;-)

i have too many games on Steam to get rid of it now!
