Tesseraction Games has been awarded summary judgement against GMX Media Commercial Director Mike Bright. This represents the first victory in the 2 year long lawsuit against UK publishing group GMX Media. Summary Judgement against GMX Media Software Ltd. is expected to be awarded before the end of the quarter. The lawsuit includes additional defendents, both corporate and individual, that were dismissed for venue in US Federal Court. The dismissed portions are currently being re-filed in the UK. We are very pleased with this outcome and are looking forward to prevailing in all aspects of this enforcement effort. Developers need to stop being willing to roll over when their rights are being violated by publishers. |
