I'm working on the USS Nautilus myself. I can't figure out how to rotate the objects or panels 90 degrees! I can move them fine using X-Y coordinates.

Does anyone have a working link for the submarine editor? The link in the main thread (http://goo.gl/MxBNIc) no longer works. I did find a working editor in the Ohio No Prop zip but I am looking for the "21-step instruction manual".
