Thanks m8! had to reinstall the mod to get it to work but it's working great.
Now if I could only end my 1st objective. Mission was to deliver supplies to tokyo. I'm at tokyo but nothing is happening. Encountered this before and waiting for 2 days over the objective star cleared it up but not this time. Any ideas? Thanks again |

many thanks to Xantro for this great mod I'm having trouble with damage tho. I've seen others post this problem and was wondering if there was a fix for it? Not only does my hull damage always read 000 but nothing appears to be damaged so I can't send in any repair teams. Couple other issues such as how a fishing boat with a pop gun mounted on the bow could sink a Battlecruiser, which is happening to me a lot 2 trawlers or a single destroyer can sink me before they even enter visual range. The flak gunners seem to be blind as a bat too. Any workarounds for these problems yet or getting the speed up to 26 knots instead of 18? Thx PS I was wondering if anyone has the # to input for HE shells for the main turret? The numbers for AA are there but HE is 0. Not talking the ammo amount but the number above it which is the damage modifier I'm guessing. My apologies for throwing so many questions out at once but I wanted to get all the glitches I was seeing out there for others to see. I'd try modding myself but my brain turned to jello 20 years ago :P Thanks again Xantro. I look forward to your next mod maybe a Q-Ship? or is there one out there already? |

there is a whole bunch of playable ships,
you can either A. do a thread search for "playable Ships Overview" B. (the easier of the two) go to the SH4 mods list and scroll down until you find a bunch of ships. (btw, i did the foxtrot and november mod! ((no harm in advertising)))

help
I'm new to this forum and just downloaded the playable pocket battleship and i have a problem with it.
the problem is that there is no helmsman and with out him i cant use the speed gauge with the options of ahead flank and all the others. the only gauge that i can use is the one that will only let me go 20 knots. could someone help if they know what the problem is. |

fixed
i just fixed the problem with the ships.:rotfl:
i uninstalled the game because i installed a mod (the usable fleacher) that deleted the turrets on a lot of the DD in the game, when reinstalled i added the pocket battleship and the problem was solved. |

Mate.. use JSGME, dont install them with just extracting the mods to the root folder of the game. 99% of the time you'r game WILL Break.

Bismark won't work for me either. It overwrites a file used by the pocket battleship so you might have to remove that mod first. JSGME shows it's installed but SH4 can't see it

It seems that a lot of these mods are unfinished and some of the people who made these great mods don't have the time to work on them.....the bismark mod guy says it's unfinished and gonna stay that way in his post....how would I go about trying to learn modding, what software is used, so I can try to complete some of them or fix some glitches or hell, even try making one of my own.
I know it's a noob question but ya gotta start somewhere and I'd like to give it a go Thanks |

This .EXE is not working to me as well...
EDIT: Download failure. "My" fault. Great work with it guys! The best BB tried until now. Still i would like to see fixed damage & torpedoes, because as now offensive capability seems reduced to Destroyer and light cruisers confrontations... I found a Carolina Battleship and the second shot sent me to the bottom with a "Lethal weapon 2" Explosion !

How did you get your .exe to work.
I just start it up, and than gives me a 'cant process' error, is my vista the problem

I have Vista too, and i needed a second download... It's a exe winrar extractor not really an installer...
