Have you tried to install the battleship first and than re-install the other mods to locate your problem?

are you using OM?
after installing OM 301 I had a similar problem with the Scheer and the Clemson. I discovered OM had changed the CrewMember IDs in the CrewMembers.upc file so (some of) the CrewMemberSlots in the Scheer and Clemson upc files were linking to non-existing CrewMember IDs. I changed the IDLinkCrewMembers to the new IDs and now they work fine.

First the bad news:
I thought I had it completely fixed by editing the CrewMember IDs (I had no working systems at all), but it seems I'm still missing - just like you - a working flak system... Editing the crewmember IDs probably won't help you if all your other systems are working..

Now the good news:
I got a working flak system by replacing the Scheer's conning tower with the IXD2's. Unfortunately it messes up the Scheer's textures and something tells me the IXD2 conning tower doesn't quite fit here

At least now I know there must be something wrong with the Scheer's conning tower. My guess is something in the .cam or .sim file...
I'll try to solve it but this involves .dat, .cam and .sim editing and will take some time (if I succeed anyway).

Kapitän Langsdorf from Admiral Graf Spee installed a second smokestack and a third turret . But that´s a really good camouflage!

Default Got it working!

Good news for the ones who want less good night camouflage :
I've fixed the problem!



I did this by putting all the tower content into the main files. No other changes are made.
It works perfectly for me so it should work fine, if it doesn't post your problem here or send me a PM, i'll try to fix it then.
There are two different files, one for use with OM and one for the stock game.
If your crew doesn't show up try the other one.

How is the gameplay with OM is it fun? or should I stick to the stock game?

I like OM very much, the main change is that it changes the german campaign (it changes the main theatre to the atlantic), adds shipping in the atlantic and adds more ships / (playable)subs like the Typ VII U-boot.
I'd say try it out. As most original files aren't changed much I can't think of any reason why you wouldn't like it.
