Default Weird Cloud Graphic Glitch

Hey i have installed a few mods and so far everything works pretty perfect but i just noticed a very weird graphic bug for clouds (or overcast clouds i'm not pretty sure)

This is my modlist:
Quote:
M.E.P v5
M.E.P v5- VisualSensors for GWX3
TMT v2 with EFS (GWX3 version)
SH-5 Water for SH-3 20 Km V84
SH-5 Water for SH-3 20 Km V84 Optional Fog take
Racerboy_SH4_Effects_for_SH3_2_03
for GWX 1_03
TheDarkWraith_Ship_Plane_Fire_Damage_v1_4_SH3
Widescreen MaGui v3.4-SA
WideScreen MaGui v3.4-SA FIX for GWX v3
German Images for Widescreen MaGui v3.4-SA
optional-stopwatch with speed lines for Widescreen MaGui v3.4-SA
+GWX 3 (installed before these mods obviously)

And i start it with SH3 Commander + the Config Files for GWX 3

Anyone has a idea why?

thanks in advance

You mess MEP with SH-5 Water for SH-3. Don't do that!

The best thing you can do at this point is to remove the mods one at a time, testing after each one. This is something you should do every time you install new mods. That way you will know immediately if there's a conflict, and you'll know exactly where it is.

Yes, both are 20km environment mods, you need to choose which one you like more.

No! What is this desire to mix mods that are not compatible together, just choose one.

It's possible to combine some files from one or another environment mods, but you need to know what you do and how those mods work.

Hi blackcan,

I had the same if not a very similar problem with the Sky in SH3, mine was caused by forcing the wrong or too much anti aliasing settings in Nvidia Control panel.

It was a while ago but i believe i fixed it buy lowering the settings to just 2x and turning off FXAA.

As i said not sure it it's the same issue but thought id post how i fixed mine.

I'm having exactly the same problem, and I have neither of those mods installed, just GWX with the 16km optional and Ahenenerbe's 1920x1080 fix. I've been fixing it by rolling back SH3cmdr and reactivating the 16km Atmosphere mod, but it keeps happening more and more often with no obvious cause.

I'll try the AA settings suggestion too and report if that helps.

Well, the AA/FXaa fix didn't work. It's definitely the 16km atmosphere mod, but I have no idea what it's conflicting with...

I didn't think you were being offensive. I just thought I gave you some bad advice.

I know this is an old post but I just saw the same thing on my GWX installation. I do have the 16K atmosphere installed but I've played this before without this issue.
The only thing I've changed since the last time I ran SH3 is that I installed Flight Simulator X and they had me mess with LOTS of AA and graphic settings in the NVIDIA control panel. It also limited the FR to 30 for FSX.. I notice this in other games now I can't go above 30 FPS.

Wondering if anyone else sees this problem and how they fixed it.

I am hesitant to remove the 16K mod but I have no problem doing it if that's what it takes.
