Unfortunately the replies from August and Aktung don't appear to be viewable but the bomb you enquire about (and without going into deeper research on the actual aircraft) is either a Paveway II or a Paveway IV. The RAF use and have used both but taking the year of the aircraft (2003) into consideration my guess would be Paveway II.
