I have already posted this in the SHIII forum and thought that it might reach a wider audience here.

I managed to get hold of this book and charts a few months ago, haven't had the chance to look at it in any detail yet, but I thought I'd show this here for those that might be interested in obtaining a copy. I have noticed it for sale on Amazon (second hand in very good condition) in excess of £100.
