[REL] Fixed "Da Giussano" Condottieri class light cruiser

Hi everyone!

This is an "improved" version of 2011 Da Giussano \ Barbiano italian light cruiser, with fixed UV map (there were some wrong mapped textures in minor details) and lights..

Based on kovall converted model and Duilio's skin.
thanks to Kovall for original converted model (from ubi's SHV),
thanks to gerome for seaplane model, based on his Roma's one;
Wreford-Brown for beta tests, BUKER, blueduck and rowi58 for info.
Thanks also to skwas for silent 3ditor, a usefull tool!
