Default It´s normal

Fear not, that just tells you that a file modified by a previously installed MOD, its being changed by another MOD.

that helps to indicate which files are being changed that might generate a problem

for sure, readme.txt and radio.ini will be affected

RFB_1.52
RFB_German Audio Files
RSRDC_RFBv15_v421
RSRDC_v421_Patch2
Rel_SH4_BBC_1939_to_1945

I have installed these mods and now RFB_1.52 and RSRDC_RFBv15_v421 are both greyed out as a result of requests to overwrite previous mods.

I just want to know if everyone else's JSGME screen has greyed-out mods and is this normal? I want to make sure I havent messed them up with my overwrites.

Thanks cgjimenzena, I had a go with that lot but decided I prefered the stock graphics. I'm going to stick with just RSRD and my BBC radio mod for now.

Default Question on mission varity

Hey to all, I'm running TMO and RSRD starting in Dec of 41 with a Sargo class boat out Manila. I am up to my 6th war patrol, late Sept of 1942 (now homeported out of Fremantle) and I keep getting the same mission type... always standard anti-shipping. I do love a good anti-shipping patrol but I would have thought that a boat operating during this timein the war and operating out of Manila, Surabya, and Fremantle would pick up a lot more special missions (evacuations, covert supply, espionage, raids, etc.) Are special missions included in RSRD?

I've noticed that when running the latest version of the TMO 170 Compatible RSRD I'm losing some of the red height indicators within the recognition manual, mainly from the Japanese Navy.

Looking under SCAF I read "For Run Silent, Run Deep Campaign: It should be noted that SCAF is incorporated in the current RSRDC for TMO 1.7 version. For now, it is in the RSRDC_V410_Patch 2A which was released March 31, 2009."

Why is it then that I'm losing some of these indicators? It's a shame because I really like this mod but am disabling it until I can get my accuracy back!

Will the current version of RSRD for TMO (1.7) work with the Beta TMO 1.8?

Yeah I know, the answer is probably "try it and see", really Im just curious if others are using RSRD with TMO Beta 1.8?

Hi, I installed RSRD as per the instructions on the 1st page. Yet SHIV crashes every time it starts to load; the loading bar on the splash screen gets about 2/3s of the way then I get a windows error. I disabled RSRD (retaining just TMO + fixes) and it loads normally. Here is the load order in the mod enabler:

TriggerMaru_Overhaul_17
TMU_Hotfix_041709
MaxOptics&SCAFFix TMO 1.7_41109
RSRDC_TMOv170_v411
RSRDC_v411_Patch2

Thanks for any help!

Default Truk battles Crashed

Greetings, I must say this mod is fantastic. I play this game often. I noticed whenever I get a flash message and head off to TRUK the game slows down and eventually crashes. I had to finally go back to the save when leaving port to correct the problem, since all saves at TRUK and since eventually cause a crash.

Address your complaint to CapnScurv, as he provided me with the changes for TMO 1.7 / Plus RSRDC. Also the latest version of RSRDC for TMO is 411 plus Patch2.

I'm not planning to make any changes to SCAF additions to V411 unless CapnScurv provides them to me

To me this is the best mod made. I know it has a different use than supermods, but I wouldn't play without it. It should be Mod of the year.

Thanks so much Lurker for this work.

Lurker, maybe you can answer before Ducimas, but it's become a debate at SH.

TMO escorts are tuned much harder. Doe's RSRD override the settings of TMO escorts?

Also, I don't think TMO includes all those bad ships you added with the 6 Y guns.

Simply, doe's RSRD dumb down the harder sensor settings of TMO. I've played both, I don't notice anything and some of those ships you added will kick your arse. Someone said you had most ships set to lower settings, few vet crews, ect., not sure of sensors.

The campaign files for RSRDC and TMO are way different. FYI the reason your getting your arse kicked is because of changes in TMO.
