How do I find out the dud rate for my mod list?

What file and what software do I need to find out what kind of dud chances I am in for? I am using RFB and the RSRDC

The reason I ask is that my torpedoes seem to be doing unusually well for this time in the war (1941). I definitely have the deep runners. But I am yet to have either a dud or a premature detonation in 13 shots. All of them were fired with the contact influence setting. 3 of those were an outright miss but I suspect I have scored a total of 4 magnetic influence hits.

Also is there a hierarchy to failures. Such as if it's a deep runner then it won't explode prematurely?
