U-52 Returning home from an attack at Scapa Flow, happy to be alive after sinking the HMS Rodney, and getting beaten by a DD, even ending up at the bottom of Scapa Flow for some hours before getting out....
(Only 52% Hull integrity :O )

Plane shots. On a side note - do you know of any WWII flight sim that lets you strafe submarines. I know that in CloD you can strafe and bomb ships in the Channel, but that's about it.

I got strafed by a plane (minor damage) and the target ship spotted me, fired innacurately and started zig-zaging. I decided to go flank speed, submerged, to get as close as I can to minimize his chances of avoiding the torpedoes. I fired two at previously measured speed (7 or 8 knts), and the third one with higher speed (10 knts) So, as you can clearly imagine, I was so furious about the duds, that I stopped the recording. Then the third torpedo hit scoring a crit and sinking the ship on the spot.

This Beaufort was called on my position after my foolish night gunning of two merchants.Another one (or the same after refuelling ) came in the morningThis hurricane came at dusk. I hate this patrol grid (AN1814, I guess we all have been there) My plan after figuring out lone merchant course using four bearings method: Normally I would go straight at it, since it's so close, but I want to see how this will pan out. Also, I think that it is some small (~2000 GRT) merchant and I will be thoroughly disappointed.
