@ Phoenix3000 it looks like a small problem with the install as i cannot see any other mods in your JSGME folder I presume this is a freash install.
if not it may be a good idea to do a re-install of sh3 cleaning out any left over mods. Also I have found that if you try to use a previous saved career that can cause problems too. Hope this helps
