Dissing DD by not asking permissions to start with?
That is down right a slap in the face to every Modder here!

DD is THE most laid back Modder I could EVER mention!
If HE gets upset?

Things are just freaking wrong!!

I hope so. From a new members POV it appears the modders here don't like outsiders or new competition. I hope something is learned from this thread and people stop being "a-holes" to new modders in the future. We all could have finally got a fore torpedo room for the Type VII, but no more. I also don't blame him for not releasing his work here, I wouldn't want to release my work to people who treat me like sh!t.

No, for the most part the older modders are glad to share and even say so in their readmes and release threads. This didn't happen because he wanted to extend their mods, it happened because he called them names in his original post and accused them of being selfish. It happened because he attacked them first. You can't see that because he went back and erased the offending posts.

Yes, as a matter of fact. Have you read any of the threads for the U-Boat HAHD mod? Diving Duck is a part of that, and it is proceeding nicely.
