Cheap, small joystick?
Hi guys, I've just flogged my X52 Pro as I can't justify either the cost or the footprint it takes on my desk.
Can you guys recommend a decent quality replacement that is much cheaper/smaller? I've been out of the joystick buying market for quite some time! Thanks, in advance.

A small joystick with little footprint? Isn't that called a mouse?
Some of these are very high recommended... http://store.razerzone.com/store/raz...oryID.35208800 |

Saitek's Cyborg EVO Force (or without Force) comes to mind.
also by visiting the Saitek's website the other day I came onto this page throught one of Saitek's links http://cyborggaming.com/ they seem to got some nice joysticks for a very good price. HunterICX

Good luck adjusting to any other joystick after X52.

Looking for a cheap, small joystick?
...I'm surprised and disappointed that no one here has made a joke about looking in your trousers yet... |

I must confess I saw this thread when the OP first posted and it took everything I had NOT to reply to it. Thought about offering to PM him an old boyfriend's phone# but then I realized I've been, uh, pretty lucky in that regard.

Thanks guys, I new I could rely on Hunter and Jan for sensible answers (nearly!). Two out of eight replies - not a bad rate here
I've got my old Sidewinder somewhere, I'll have to dig that out for the time being. At least I have some desk space back, and some cash

I think something without a separate throttle this time, the myriad buttons are great, and the MFD but I lived without them before and I can again!
I can! I will! I must!

Ah, ok. Well, EVO like Hunter suggested is a pretty good option.
Tho, if you have or you're planning to get DCS:Black Shark, then I'd seek for another stick than the EVO. The Kamov's trimmer and EVO aren't talking. |

Thanks Dowly () No immediate plans for Black Shark but do have eye on A-10, and no, I don't plan on getting the Warthog HOTAS setup , not for another decade until the kids have gone (if ever!).

Does the non-FF Evo have the issue with DCS:BS? Strictly FF related right?
