How to find out remaining fuel?
Sorry that I'm asking all of these questions. I was wondering, how can I find out my remaining fuel?

Click your engineers icon, then click the reports button (The little notepad)
It's the first button, the ship with route line (The line with the little dots) |

Another method is the pop-up gauges. Scroll your mouse curser to the left side of the screen and hold it there. You should get some gauges that show High-pressure air, CO2 levels, and Fuel. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but this should be the same between stock and GWX.

GWX added the slide-out gauges, but you can get a report from the chief engineer which has pop-up status gauges.
