Sea Of Japan

In the current career I'm playing in a Tench class sub on her second patrol in Jan, '45. I've dropped off a couple of men on a beach on Northern Japan and decided after returning to patrol duties. I've made a dash at high speed through the Tsugaru Straits. I've been patrolling for eight days and found nothing until day nine when I came across a large convoy. I managed to sink three ships before I headed deep.

Just wondering if you've been in the Sea of Japan and what kind of success you've had in finding ships?
