Can I sink a British ship on 9-1-1939?
Will I be hit with a penalty if I sink a British ship on September 1, 1939. Britain has not yet declared war on me but we will be at war before I get back to base.
I'm running LSH5, it's September 1, 1939, and Britain is still "green", but boy there are a lot of British ships floating around here near Scapa Flow. |

You can sink a British ship any time you want. But, before September 3, 1939, Britain is neutral. Sinking neutrals usually carries a renown penalty. For LSH3, that's a deduction from your renown equal to whatever points you would have gained if the ship was enemy. How much fun can you afford?
