Unable to unlock activation code

I had no problem with uboat activate before with Vista.

Had to reinstall Vista & reloaded SH4 plus 1.5 add-on.

Got serial code, will not activate I get unknown errors.

Support@ubi.com does not help.

How do I get the manual unlock code?

As We have helped Others with this problem,It's best to Disable your Windows Firewall & your Antivirus Programme,Unknown errors are caused by Both,Now Activate your serial code,This Should work,Happy Hunting,
