Very cool

Small update on the wallpaper:

Still working on the hole for now. At the moment I have no idea how I'm gonna go about warping the text and textures

Good grief man, what kind of computer are you rendering that on? Mine would probably take at least half a day, or melt

hah, it's nothing too serious, 2.9GHz quad and 4gb RAM. Took around 20-30 mins to render the pics above, though the one below took 2 and a half hrs, no idea why lol.

Probably because of all the high detail reflections in the shadows as well, confusing itself a bit when rendering

Edit: all the stuff in here is looking great by the way

lol, aye.

Made a Floatplane conversion of me Steamraider. A 'Floatraider' if you will

The fact that the floats look like uboat hulls is, honestly, completely accidental. They just sorta turned out like that after some faffing around lol

Anybody got any ideas what steampunky vehicle type thing I could do next?

Nice, I really like that

A speed sketch I did of my friend Tess. I know there's a few things wrong with it but I only had a 2H pencil and no rubber/eraser. Took 30 minutes which in my opinion is too long for a speed sketch but never mind

Yeah I was thinking a car perhaps. But I've just started another plane actually, making some sort of high altitude steambomber But yeah, I think I'll do a car next, a steam gurney

That looks good. I can tell that you have talent. 30 mins for a sketch is really not that long. If you check my posts #130 and #132 in this thread, ech one of those pictures took between 2 to 4 hours to finish.

I agree, that sketch is really good for a quickie Magerius. Does Tess like it? She should.
