I went with the 95w 945 phenom2x4. If I had it to do over again, would go the same route. Fastest amd quad chip at 95w. About $150 at newegg. Also using sapphire 5770. Did lots of research before I shelled out any money. To sum it up, not a power hog, runs nice and cool, and was the best bang for the buck 2 months ago. (still is),and last but not least, goes through SH5 or anything else I throw at it like a knife through hot butter.

For the same price range, consider a 5670. If you go with the 925 - put the 20 bucks you save from it not being a 945 and put it on the vid card. You can get a 512 model for ~$85, and the 1G version right at ~ 100 bucks.

The 5570 should do the trick though detail may be lower - dont go with a 5450 - thats a VERY basic card.

I would almost say see if you can wait another month - the 5770's (which are really nice performers) will be dropping quickly in price. But your on the right track regardless.

Thanks for all your helps Guys,
After consideration which CPU to go for I have decided to go for the AMD Quad Core Phenom II X4 925 95W 2.8GHz Socket AM3, will choose between the Radeon HD 5670 1GB Silent DDR3 TV-Out/VGA/DVI/HDMI PCI-Express
or
Radeon HD 5770 1GB Silent DDR3 TV-Out/VGA/DVI/HDMI PCI-Express

Highly recommend the 5770 over the 5670 if you can swing it. Much higher performance and better bang for the $.
